PrairieStone AppWorks (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Canadian mobile app studio operating this website at PrairieStoneAppWorks.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website itself, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

Information we collect
Through this website, we collect information you provide directly:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, the category you select, and the content of your message.
We do not currently use website analytics or tracking/advertising cookies. We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not collect information about your use of our apps through this website — that's handled separately by each app.
How we use this information
- To respond to messages submitted through the contact form.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Legal basis and your rights (PIPEDA)
As a Canadian company, we handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and why.
- Request access to that information.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Withdraw consent for us to use your information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

How long we keep information
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry, and for a limited period afterward for our own records, after which they are deleted.
Third-party sharing
We do not share contact form submissions with third parties, except:
- Resend, the email delivery service we use to send and receive contact form messages, which processes message content to deliver it to us.
- If required by law.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
